Team Foundation
"TEAM Foundation’s generosity has made it possible to continue delivering a hot, nutritious meal to elderly people in the Bagley - Clearbrook area. Without these meals, many of these seniors would not be able to remain in their own homes and their quality of life would be greatly diminished. TEAM Foundation is truly a shining star to those in need."

TEAM Foundation has awarded a $2,500 grant to Headwaters Intervention Center (HIC) to support the Center’s Sojourners Home in Park Rapids. Sojourners Home provides transitional housing to battered women in the area who would otherwise be homeless. “We get no state or federal funding for our transitional house,” says Audrey Iverson, HIC Executive Director. “With the high cost of utilities these days, the financial assistance is much needed.” For the full story, click here.
